Question: If every timelord only has thirteen regenerations, and The Doctor already used up eleven regenerations, he has two more, right? Well, does anyone remember the “Let’s Kill Hitler” episode? Riversong used up two of her thirteen regenerations, so she had eleven more, but in this episode, she gives all of them to the doctor. Therefore, The Doctor has thirteen more regenerations, not two.
